Q: When will the live coaching sessions take place, and how do I access them?

Every Tuesday at 7pm GMT, hosted via Zoom. You’ll receive a private link to join from your computer, phone, or tablet. If you are unable to attend the live coaching session they will be recorded and available to watch at a more convenient time, If you have questions and you wasn’t able to attend the live sessions you can email me and receive support that way.

Q: I’ve joined programs before and struggled to stick with them — how is this different?
