Welcome to David Meakin Coaching. By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any of our online coaching programs, products, or services — including group coaching, 1-2-1 coaching, digital courses, workshops, challenges, and downloads — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“the Client”) and David Meakin Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Please read them carefully before enrolling or making a purchase.

2. Nature of Services

David Meakin Coaching provides online coaching services focused on:

• Nutrition guidance

• Lifestyle coaching

• Mindset & identity change

• Goal achievement

• Support for middle-aged women wanting sustainable transformation

These services are educational, supportive, and motivational in nature.

They do not substitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

3. Disclaimer: Not Medical or Mental Health Advice

You understand and agree that:

• We are not medical doctors, psychologists, or registered dietitians.

• Coaching services do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions.

• Any nutritional or training guidance is general advice and should be reviewed with your GP or a licensed medical professional before starting.

• If you have existing medical conditions (e.g., heart issues, chronic illness, injuries, eating disorders, mental health diagnoses), you must obtain medical clearance before participating.

You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

4. Client Responsibilities

By engaging in coaching, you agree to:

• Provide honest, accurate information regarding your health, history, and wellbeing.

• Follow safety instructions for exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations.

• Consult a healthcare provider before beginning any new programme.

• Notify us immediately of any changes in your physical or mental health.

• Ensure you have a safe environment for home exercise.

• Take personal responsibility for applying the coaching, completing tasks, and following the programme.

Your results depend on your commitment, consistency, and actions.

5. No Guarantee of Results

While our programs are designed to produce results, you understand that:

• Individual outcomes vary.

• We do not guarantee weight loss, physique change, fitness improvements, income changes, or personal transformation.

• Your personal results depend on multiple factors: effort, adherence, lifestyle, genetics, and consistency.

We provide guidance and support, but you are responsible for your own outcomes.

6. Payment Terms

By purchasing any product or service, you agree to the following:

• All fees are stated in GBP (£) unless otherwise specified.

• Payments must be made in full at checkout unless a payment plan is offered.

• For payment plans, you agree to complete all instalments.

• Failed or missed payments may result in suspension of access until payment is resolved.

• We reserve the right to engage a collections process for overdue balances.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

To provide fairness and clarity for all clients, we offer the following terms:

7-Day Refund Guarantee

You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of:

• The date of purchase OR

• The official start date of the coaching program (whichever comes later)

After 7 days, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

Coaching Subscriptions / Rolling Programs

If you join a recurring monthly program:

• You may cancel at any time with 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.

• Cancellations apply to future payments only.

• No partial refunds are given for months already started.

8. Commitment & Attendance

For 1-2-1 coaching:

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

• Session credits must be used within the timeframe outlined in your package.

For group coaching:

• There are no refunds or replacements for missed sessions (replays will be available when applicable).

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided through coaching, including:

• Lessons

• Workbooks

• Videos

• Templates

• Training plans

• PDFs

• Written materials

• Program structure

You agree not to share, copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials without written permission.

10. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy.

We will keep your personal information and coaching discussions confidential except when required by law (e.g., risk of harm, safeguarding concerns).

You also agree to respect the confidentiality of other clients in group settings.

11. Client Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use abusive or disrespectful language in coaching spaces

• Disrupt group coaching sessions

• Harass or bully other participants

• Share harmful or dangerous advice

We reserve the right to remove clients without refund if they violate these standards.

12. Technology & Access

You are responsible for ensuring:

• A reliable internet connection

• Appropriate devices/software to access the coaching content

• Proper functioning of your equipment

We are not responsible for:

• Your device issues

• Missed sessions due to technical problems on your end

• Platform outages outside of our control

13. Liability Waiver

By participating, you agree to release David Meakin Coaching from any liability for:

• Injuries sustained during workouts

• Health issues arising from diet/exercise changes

• Financial or lifestyle decisions influenced by coaching

• Damages arising from the use of our content or recommendations

You understand that participation carries inherent risks and you accept them voluntarily.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
