Hi, I’m David Meakin — Founder of David Meakin Coaching.

For over 20 years, I’ve helped women transform their health, confidence, and lives through a holistic approach that blends mindset, nutrition, movement, and lifestyle.

Over the years, I saw how many women in midlife were quietly struggling — exhausted, overwhelmed, gaining weight more easily, losing confidence, and no longer feeling like themselves. That’s what led me to go deeper and make it my mission to help women feel strong, attractive, energised, and fully alive again.
